The purpose for the processing of the personal data via these 3rd parties is to improve their service rendered to us and our website (for the purposes of lead Generation, secure online chats and website analytics), by adding data to their database about companies and users.
 

The data that is collected and to achieve these purposes is information about the IP address from which you visited our website, and technical information that enables then to tell apart different visitors from the same IP address.

ACCESS TO INFORMATION
 

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

Your personal data can be downloaded without charge from the Data Privacy Tab within your account details, this download is a zip file that contains both Human and Machine readable versions of all fields that may contain personal data.
 

PERSONAL DATA STORAGE PERIOD
 

For certain purposes, for example accounts where purchases have been made, we are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be deleted. Your information that we use for our own sales and marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive such information, this can be done via your account details.
